With over 20 years experience in the hairdressing industry, I have developed Gruaig Education. A training system that can be personalised to your needs; from a full Apprenticeship to Personalised 1-2-1 education.

After completing my apprenticeship, I further developed my knowledge by graduating from the L’Oréal Colour Specialist Programme, during which, I received ‘Train the Trainer’ & Presentation Skills training.

During my time working in Peter Mark’s new flag ship salon in The Dundrum Town Centre, I taught cutting & colour classes to the trainees. I oversaw training development, practical & theory sessions, their lesson structure & organising shows.

Later I worked as a Barber in The Grafton Barber & as a L’Oréal Technical Consultant. I travelled all over Ireland delivering education. I developed a cutting course for them & delivered the Colour Specialist Programme.

I am incredibly passionate about our industry & the education within it. I want to offer a service to ANYONE who is looking to add to their experience & development.  I look forward to hearing from you! – Lindsay x
